- You can earn points equivalent to 3% of the amount every time you spend HK$10.00. 10 points = 1HKD. You can get 3 points every time you spend HK$10.00. Points will be treated as cash and automatically used for your next purchase.
- Q2Can I earn and use points on the same purchase?
- Unfortunately no, points will be added after your order has been shipped. Please use our points on your next purchases.
- Q3At what point will points be added into my account?
- Points will be added into your account after your order has been shipped.
- Q4At the checkout, if I use a $10 OFF coupon, will I receive points based before or after the coupon?
- Points will be calculated after the coupon is applied.
- Q5If I returned a product, what will happen to my points?
- We will subtract points for only the items returned from your stored points.
- Q6Do points expire?
- The validity period is until December 31 of the second year after the points are earned.
There are also "Store credits", all of which have a validity period, and will not be subject to this clause. - Q7Can I transfer my points?
- Unfortunately no, you can not transfer points.

- Yes! A valid coupon and points can be used on the same purchase.
