Q2 According to other skincare companies, washing with foam is recommended. Which is more gentle to the skin, Clay Wash or foam?

Other face washes that create a lot of foam uses a lot of surfactant in their products. It dose wash away bacteria and dirt but it also washes away your bodies natural oils, disturbing the skins turn over rate. By washing off your natural oils, you may become more prone to dry and sensitive skin causing more problems in the future. Clay Wash dose not use any ingredients that create foam. Clay Wash leaves behind the natural oils and can be used for delicate skin.

Q1 When comparing the conventional QuSome® to the Charged QuSome®, which is better?

Both technologies are gentle and effective, the emphasis between the two are in different areas. QuSome® has the ability to deliver essential ingredients to the depth of the skin. Charged QuSome® can pentrate more rapidly through the first barrier layer while still focuses on the barrier layer for a long peroid of time. As effective drug delivery system, both can be used to penetrate to the depths of the skin.

Q2 Can it be used for acne scars and craters too?

QuSome Lotion is designed to be used on any type of skin. If you have acne, first please try our Clay Lotion on the acne to promote moisture and hydration. Once the acne inflammation has calmed down, try using QuSome Lotion on sunspots, wrinkles, sagging skin, pores and dry areas because QuSome Lotion is also formulated to target those areas.

Q3 Can it be used on sensitive skin?

QuSome Lotion is designed to swiftly supply moisture, also to better the overall condition of your skin and to prevent any further skin troubles. Q4 I have problems with sunspots and wrinkles. Should I still use QuSome Lotion?

Q1 Is this only effective by massaging? Should I massage morning and at night?

By massaging everyday, you should see significant results. By massaing in the morning, blood circulation is promoted and brings a sense of transparency to the skin. Makeup should become more noticeable.

You can use it around the eyes, please be gentle and careful due to the eyes being a sensitive area. Please refrain from the mucosal part of the eye.

Q3 Can I use it with QuSome Retino A?

By using both products, you will be treating wrinkles and sagging skin. You will be approaching both treatments at the same time. If you would like to, please use both at the same time.

Q4 Can I use it around my neck and face line?

Yes, please use QuSome Lift around that area. QuSome Lift is also made to be used from the neck to the collarbone (clavicle). Massaging will flush away down impurities and you should see results in the neck and face line.

Q5 Will it make my face smaller?

Q1 Is there any precautions I should take while using C serum during the day?

When using C serum during day, please regularly apply sunscreen afterwards.Any area with concerns of dryness, please apply a lesser amount than recommended.

Q2 When applying C serum, I feel a warm sensation. Is that a indication of not matching my skin?

C serum has a ingredient named propylene glycol (PG). Moisture from skin and other skincare products causes a reaction to create a warm sensation.The warm sensation is felt by everyone, please feel free to continue using the product.

Q3 Treatment for sunspots, which product will create better results? C serum or QuSome White Essence?

Q4 I opened a brand new C serum and started to use it. After 1 use, the tube became flat and indented. Was the proper amount filled?
