Q1Can I use QuSome Retino A and QuSome White 2.0 together?

It is recommended to use it together if you want to take care of your skin more actively. When using at night, please follow the order to use Retino A first and QuSome White 2.0 afterward. b.glen provides you with effective skin care advice based on skin care knowledge and experience. If your skin is sensitive, please use Retino A in the morning and QuSome White 2.0 at night. Observe the changes in the skin and adjust the method of use.

Q2How come I can’t use it during the day?

The ingredient named Hydroquinone is unstable under UV rays. Altered hydroquinone by UV rays might cause irritation and discomfort. Please only use at night.

Q3Can I use it on my hands and other parts of the body?

Yes, you can. Parts of the body that is normally exposed to sunlight promotes photoaging, which is also same for the face. However, depending what part of the body it is used, hydroquinone containing cosmetic products may cause irritation or inflammation. Please avoid using it on mucous membranes or thin parts of the skin on the body.

Q4When using QuSome White 2.0, which will have better results? C serum or QuSome PowerBright?

C serum and QuSome PowerBright have different functions and purposes. With that said, we cannot advise which will work better. C serum is a beauty serum that encourages the skin turnover rate with peeling. QuSome PowerBright is a protective beauty serum that helps areas with UV troubles. Please select the desired treatment and use accordingly.

Q5Can I use this with the hydroquinone that was prescribed by my dermatologist?

There is a concern the total blending ratio of hydroquinone in contact with the skin will be too high. We recommend that you consult with your doctor in advance.

Q6Can I continuously use this?

Yes, you can. However, each individuals skin is different. Due to external changes such as seasons might be a reason for redness or stinging sensations. When opening a new QuSome White 2.0, the air inside the tube escapes. The escaped air causes the tube to flatten and creates an indentation. All b.glen products are strictly measured by weight during the filling process. We promise the filled amount is the same as displayed on the product.
